Accessibility statement
Korrus, Inc. (Ecosense) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. ecosenselighting.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. Remediation of the items listed below is in progress.
Known limitations
- Downloadable documents. Our product library contains several hundred PDF specification sheets, installation guides, IES photometric files, and catalogs. Many older PDFs are not tagged for screen readers. If you need any document in an accessible format, contact us using the details below and we will provide it within five business days.
- Product photography and 360° viewers. Some interactive product viewers provided by a third party do not yet expose full keyboard and screen-reader support. Every product’s specifications are also available as text on the product page.
- Video. Decorative background videos have no audio and can be paused with the “Pause motion” control on the page. Product videos hosted on YouTube rely on YouTube’s caption support; contact us if a caption is missing or inaccurate.
- Findings still being fixed (as of October 13, 2026). The site-wide scan found pages where links or small controls are closer together than recommended, body text with low contrast, links in text distinguished by colour alone, selection boxes on the Find a Rep and product filter forms without a spoken name, and some product images without text descriptions. Page headings do not always start at level 1. These are being corrected template by template.
- Third-party services. The cookie consent banner and the contact form are provided by third parties. We pass accessibility feedback about them to those providers.

Assessment approach
Korrus assessed the accessibility of ecosenselighting.com by self-evaluation: automated testing (axe-core) of every public page listed in the site map (over 800 pages) at desktop and phone screen widths on October 13, 2026, manual keyboard testing of the site’s main navigation and controls, and screen-reader testing with NVDA 2026.2 and Google Chrome on October 13, 2026, on the eight main page types (home, a product page, product search, downloads, contact, an OIO product page, this statement and the privacy policy). Remediation of the findings is in progress; the known limitations above are updated as it proceeds.
